All court dates are at the Warren County Courthouse.• Dawson Miller, 18, Jonesburg, is charged with second-degree burglary and first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle, both felonies. Miller allegedly admitted to entering a machine shed on Pendleton Cutoff Road without permission in December and taking a Chevrolet Silverado truck. Miller and the truck were reportedly found by police several days later, with Miller in possession of the keys.• Amanda Goetz-Jacobs, 37, of Moscow Mills, is charged with felony drug possession and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Her vehicle was stopped March 27 on Klausmeier Road. A sheriff’s deputy reportedly located several syringes near the vehicle and a syringe cap inside the vehicle. The syringes tested positive for morphine.• Travis Talbot, 41, Foristell, is charged with two counts of felony drug possession. During an encounter on McKinley Avenue in September last year, a sheriff’s deputy reportedly found a glass pipe in Talbot’s possession that tested positive for methamphetamine, as well as an orange pill identified as oxycodone. Talbot has a 2005 conviction for felony drug possession and distribution.• Benjamin J. Doyle, 32, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. During a Jan. 1 traffic stop at Highway 47 and East Walton Street in Warrenton, Doyle reportedly was found in possession of a small bag containing what was identified as methamphetamine. Doyle also admitted to having a syringe in his coat, police said.• Sherrie L. Kyle, 55, Wright City, is charged with felony drug possession and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Truesdale police reportedly found a glass pipe in Kyle’s possession while searching her during a traffic stop on Highway M. The pipe contained a white residue that field tested positive for methamphetamine.• Jacob F. Day, 38, Wright City, is charged with felony drug possession and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Police arrested Day after another person reported him for drug possession. He allegedly admitted a glass pipe found in his truck was used for methamphetamine. The pipe tested positive for the drug. Day was taken to the county jail and is out on a $5,000 bond. His arraignment was scheduled for March 29.• Richard W. Smythe Jr., 35, Wright City, is charged with first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle and two counts of stealing, all felonies, as well as fraudulent use of a credit/debit device, a misdemeanor. The victims on Turkey Run Court in Wright City accused Smythe of stealing a Ford Explorer, two credit cards and cash Feb. 26.
