These individuals were charged with crimes by the Warren County Prosecuting Attorney’s office. Information has been culled from police reports, probable cause statements and case.net (court database) updates. All court dates are at the Warren County Courthouse unless otherwise noted.• Frank E. Hance, 49, of Stuart, Fla., is charged with receiving stolen property. He allegedly sold a lot and trailer along Highway 47 that did not legally belong to him in April 2016 for $8,300, and used the money for a down payment on a different property.• Jon J. Bramlett, 34, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession, stealing motor fuel and driving while revoked. He was stopped by Warrenton police Dec. 24, 2016, for failing to pay for motor fuel at BP.• Rick J. Maxey, 45, O’Fallon, and Courtney M. Carrion, 29, St. Louis, are charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were the driver and passenger of a vehicle pulled over for speeding Feb. 24 in Wright City at Warren Avenue and North Outer Road.• Cornelius G. Blanks Jr., 41, Wright City, is charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police found narcotics during a search of Blanks’ residence on the 20 block of Fir Tree Lane in Wright City.• Amie E. McMullen, 42, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Warrenton police located McMullen while checking on an unresponsive person call in the Walmart parking lot May 14. Methamphetamine was found in her vehicle.• Joseph C. Cook, 49, Warrenton, is charged with felony drug possession, misdemeanor marijuana possession and possession of ingredients to make methamphetamine. Cook was located while police were responding to a burglary alarm at Mercy Clinic in Warrenton April 21. He allegedly possessed a variety of controlled substances in a nearby van.Compiled by Adam Rollins.Crime
