A Truesdale man with a lengthy criminal history was arrested last Thursday for being in possession of a gun, police reported.Eric D. Collins, 32, of the 1000 block of Highway M, was charged with two felonies for unlawful possession of a firearm and driving while suspended. The loaded handgun was located in the glove box of the vehicle Collins was driving, according to a probable cause statement.A Truesdale officer observed Collins driving a vehicle around 1:37 p.m. on Oct. 1 and knew he had a suspended driver’s license.Crime
