Scenic Regional Library District has completed the purchase of a .75-acre vacant lot adjacent to the Warrenton branch.The lot will be used for additional parking when the branch is expanded within the next few years, officials announced. The Warrenton branch’s 9,000-square-foot existing facility was built in 2001.The building was originally designed with a false back wall which will allow the library to expand the branch up to 3,000 square feet.Warren County Scenic Regional Library
