Mrs. Leann Marie Menefee (nee: Davis) of Warrenton, passed away on Thursday, April 20, at her home. She was born on March 3, 1970, in Florissant, Tim Davis and Nancy Dixon. Leann had reached the age of 53 years.
Leann was united in marriage to Dean Alan Menefee on December 1, 1996, in Bellefontaine Neighbors. They celebrated 26 years together. She worked as a bus monitor for the Special School District for many years. She enjoyed going camping with her family and friends. She was fond of animals, especially her cat family. She enjoyed collecting Precious Moments and Snow Babies. Leann had a special bond with her stepmother, Carole, and treasured their time together. She dearly loved spending time with her children and her grandchildren. Leann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend to many.
Leann's surviving family members are her husband, Dean Menefee; three children, Justin Fowler and wife Emily, Michael Menefee and wife Samantha, Ryan Menefee, and wife Kayleen; her parents, Tim and Carole Davis and Nancy Dixon; six grandchildren, Rylee, Konnor, Jackson, Mary Jane, Caroline, and Annie; other relatives and many friends.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, April 29, at Faith Christian Family Church, 17350 E Veterans Memorial Pkwy, Truesdale, from 10 A.M. - 12 P.M. We will then honor her life with a service beginning at 12 P.M., also at the church. Memorial donations are suggested to the American Parkinson Association, c/o Martin Funeral Home.
