Update 3:10 p.m. 12/27/2018:
The roadwork and resulting closure of the Highway 47 bridge has been postponed due to weather. A new date has not yet been scheduled.
Original story:
Crews will close one lane on the Warren County side of the new Highway 47 bridge over the Missouri River Friday, Dec. 28, from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Flaggers will be on hand to direct motorists through the closure. The lane closure will allow crews to pour the remainder of the northbound lane and remove the barrier.
All work is weather permitting. For more information on the new Highway 47 Missouri River Bridge go to www.modot.org/stlouis/major_projects/Route47MissouriRiverBridge/.
