To The Editor: I’m writing to say thank you to First State Community Bank for providing such a delicious corned beef and cabbage luncheon. We all had fun playing bingo and learning about identity fraud. It was such fun and very informative. This bank always provides different activities for the children to do such as paint, swim, go to Pumpkins Galore and to Big Joe’s Safari. In a small community, I think this is very important. Some day I hope to go on one of the bus tours for the adults. I hear they are great. These things make First State Community Bank very different from its competitors. Thanks for publishing this. I think when someone or a group of people do good things we need to recognize them for it. That way new people in our community can check it out. Nola PfuhlWright City
