An Innsbrook woman, 56, was involved in a three-car accident in St. Louis County on the late morning of April 4, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
A Troy woman, 25, was traveling east on Interstate 70 past the Daniel Boone Bridge and lost control of her vehicle, striking the concrete median, according to the patrol.
From there, she returned to the road and struck the vehicle of a Belleville, Ill. man, 35, and continued across the road striking the Innsbrook woman as well.
The Troy woman and a 79-year-old St. Charles man who was an occupant in her vehicle sustained minor injuries. The Belleville man was moderately injured in the accident, according to the patrol. All three were transported to hospitals via ambulance.
The Innsbrook woman did not report any injuries. All individuals involved in the accident were wearing their seat belts, according to the patrol.
