The Village of Innsbrook Board of Trustees has approved a 2026 property tax rate of $0.1134 per $100 of assessed valuation.
The village’s assessed valuation for real estate this year is $90,949,993, up from $88,736,565 in 2025, while its personal property assessed valuation increased from $4,301,331 to $4,530,027, for a total 2026 assessed valuation of $95,480,020, compared to $93,037,896 last year.
The board’s unanimous vote at their Aug. 20 regular meeting came following a public hearing during which no members of the public spoke, although Trustee Alice Jensen questioned how the tax rate is calculated.
“We basically get told what it is, right?” she asked Board Chairman Michael Caton.
“Yes, between Warren County and the Missouri State Auditor, they are the ones that basically are setting the rate,” Caton said.
The 2026 Village of Innsbrook property tax rate will be $0.1134 per $100 of assessed valuation.
“So it went up two ten-thousandths of a cent, if my math is correct,” Caton said.
The board’s vote to approve the tax rate was unanimous.
