An East St. Louis man accused of having sex with a Warren County teen has been sentenced to five years in prison.Gregory Cook, 23, pleaded guilty March 16 to second-degree statutory rape and second-degree statutory sodomy stemming from a 2014 incident in which he allegedly had sex with a 15-year-old who he knew was underage.Cook was sentenced after agreeing to a plea deal with the Warren County prosecuting attorney’s office, according to Warren County Circuit Court documents. Both convictions came with five-year sentences to run concurrently, with time served between arrest and conviction credited to Cook’s sentence. The sexual contact allegedly occurred around Sept. 9, 2014, in a home on Fort Hancock in Wright City.
