I-70 Autosports adds service department

Record Staff WriterSince 2011, I-70 Autosports has been selling cars and offering storage space for boats and RVs.Earlier this year, the business expanded and opened a service department.I-70 Autosports is owned and operated by the Zeiser Auto Group, which previously operated a Ford dealership in the same building.Sales manager Nathan Moeslein is one-third of the I-70 Autosports team. Service adviser Dave Heiliger and sales consultant Chris Stygar make up the rest of the management team. Together, the three of them hope their service department will bring in repeat customers.“We sell quite a few cars and we’d like to see a lot of those customers come back,” says Moeslein. The service department at I-70 Autosports is willing to take on almost any mechanical work. They sell new and used tires, and offer service on brakes, exhaust and alignments.“If it’s something that the average shop normally doesn’t have a price for, we’ll work out something,” says Stygar. The team is also hoping to perform state safety inspections in the near future. “That should be in the next couple of months,” says Moeslein. The sales team is not motivated by quotas and commissions. As part of a laid-back attitude, Moeslein says he’s happy to provide both an Autocheck and Carfax reports when selling a pre-owned vehicle. Most of the vehicles also come with a roadside assistance plan.Along with their plans to begin performing safety inspections, I-70 Autosports will host a car show on Saturday, April 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. All proceeds will be donated to the Shiner’s Hospital for Children. For further information, call 636-456–0304 or visit www.i70autosports.com.
