Warrenton residents are invited to attend a public meeting focused on improving safety along North Highway 47. Warrenton city officials and representatives of the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) will attend the meeting.The meeting will be 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 9, at Warrenton City Hall.City officials have previously noted that the lack of sidewalks along Highway 47 in the northern half of the city is particularly concerning. Highway 47 is a state roadway controlled by MoDOT, meaning the city has limited ability to make changes to the road.City of Warrenton logo
