Heavy rains could cause flooding along the Missouri River west of Warren County this week according to the National Weather Service Advance Hydrologic Prediction Service. The river is expected to rise 9.53 feet to 19.5 feet at Washington by Sunday morning. This is .5 feet below flood stage. The National Weather Service is predicting the river to rise to 23.2 feet by Sunday morning at Herman which is 2.2 feet above flood stage.
