A Truesdale woman was injured Thursday, May 16, in a head-on collision in Lincoln County.Theresa P. Cunningham, 57, was taken to Mercy Lincoln with minor injures after the crash, which happened at 3:25 p.m. on Highway 47 at Claude Lane, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.Cunningham was driving a 1995 GMC van westbound and was struck by a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan driving the opposite direction, according to a preliminary crash report. The Dodge reportedly crossed the center of the road, causing the fronts of the two vehicles to collide. A third vehicle was struck by the debris, the highway patrol said.The driver of the Dodge, Emily R. Cook, 40, Moscow Mills, reportedly was not injured in the crash. The driver of the third vehicle also was not injured.All three drivers were wearing seat belts.Crash
