A Hawk Point man is facing multiple drug charges stemming from an August traffic stop.
Dennis Coliny was charged Monday with felony possession of a controlled substance and lawful use of drug paraphernalia. Coliny was driving a vehicle Aug. 12 around 5 p.m. that was pulled over on Dogwood Lane for failure to maintain a single lane, according to a probable cause statement filed by Warren County deputy Sgt. Josh Malin. During a search of Coliny’s vehicle, the deputy seized a glass smoking device. After being taken to the Warren County Jail, a bag containing methamphetamine was found hidden in Coliny’s sock, the report shows.
