Truesdale will have a chili cook off competition during the city’s Community Christmas Event on Dec. 2 at the MaryLou Center.
There are five categories that will have winners. First place receives $250 and there are prizes for second and third place, people’s choice winner and best decorated table.
The cost is $5 and tickets to taste will be available for purchase. Proceeds benefit the Truesdale Police Department’s Shop with a Cop program.
