A Fulton woman, 70, was injured in a two-car accident in Warren County in the late afternoon of March 31, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
According to the patrol, she was traveling west on Interstate 70 when she slowed due to congestion ahead and her vehicle was struck from behind by a 50-year-old Imperial man.
She sustained moderate injuries in the accident and was transported to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital Lake St. Louis via ambulance. The Imperial man did not report any injuries in the accident, according to the patrol. Both were wearing their seat belts in the accident.
