A passerby reported this house fire off Highway 94 in southern Warren County Wednesday, March 13, about 1 p.m. The two-alarm blaze destroyed the home. Approximately 30 firefighters from Marthasville, Warrenton, Washington and Hermann responded with six trucks. The resident, Travis Spindler, was not home at the time. Due to the extent of the damage, investigators will not be able to determine the cause. This photo was taken by a member of the Marthasville Ambulance District.
