Record Managing EditorThere will be contests for all three aldermen seats in Warrenton, with the candidate filing period in its final days.Former Mayor Mike Shilharvey is running for the Ward 1 seat and will face current Ward 2 Alderman Damion Frederick, who is moving to a new residence in Ward 1. The seat is currently held by Toni Hawley. She has yet to file.In Ward 2, Scott Schulze filed in the past week and will oppose Dan Durbin for the seat currently held by Frederick.The only other race to emerge in the past week is in Wright City. Norman Krutzman will run for Ward 1 alderman and face incumbent Jim Schuchmann.The deadline for candidates to file is Tuesday, Jan. 19.The election will be held Tuesday, April 5.Here is the list of candidates who have filed so far:Warrenton (three, two-year terms) — Ward 1, Shilharvey and Frederick; Ward 2, Dan Durbin and Scott Schulze; and Ward 3, John Miller and Jim Dreyer.Wright City (three, two-year terms) — Mayor, David Heiliger; Ward 1, Jim Schuchmann and Norman Krutzman; and Ward 3, Forrest Bruce and Tom Dixon.Truesdale (two, two-year terms) — Shalene Blackwood.Marthasville (two, two-year terms) — West Ward, Pam Jensen; and East Ward, none.Innsbrook (two, two-year terms) — Tom Stevener, Cynthia Bowers and Theodore R.
