A Troy man was allegedly found with fentanyl and methamphetamine in a July traffic stop and is now facing multiple drug charges stemming from the incident.
Joshua Leroy Mozee was charged Sept. 17 with two felony counts of drug possession and one misdemeanor count of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
According to the probable cause statement, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle that Mozee was a passenger in on July 28 on the North Service Road near Highway J. During a search of the vehicle, a bag containing meth, capsules identified as fentanyl and glass smoking pipe were seized. Mozee allegedly admitted to the ownership of the items, the probable cause statement shows.
