A 21-year Florissant woman had minor injuries in a two-vehicle crash on eastbound INterstate 70 Sunday morning, March 10.
Kierra Mathews-Cruz was transported by ambulance to SSM St. Joseph West Hospital following the crash reported at 8:35 a.m. at mile-marker 196. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the 2019 Ford Fusion driven by Mathews-Cruz was parked on the shoulder and was struck by an 18-wheeler, which failed to stop. The Ford Fusion had moderate damage, the patrol reported.
