CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) For the 19th straight year, enrollment is up at Southeast Missouri State University.The Cape Girardeau-based university said Wednesday that enrollment for fall classes that began this week is 11,367, up 2.1 percent from a year ago.International enrollment on the Cape Girardeau campus is 942, up from 811 in the fall of 2012.A huge growth area has been in online classes. Southeast Missouri State says 971 students are enrolled solely online. The university now offers 16 degree programs available completely online.Enrollment up at Southeast Missouri State
