A drunk father was arrested Saturday night after police discovered he allegedly allowed his 13-year-old son to drive on Interstate 70.Foristell Police Chief Doug Johnson said David Mooneyham, 46, of Fargo Court in Wentzville, was arrested and charged with child endangerment and permitting an unlicensed person to drive.A preliminary breath sample taken at the scene of the traffic stop showed Mooneyham’s blood alcohol content to be .139 percent, according to Johnson.
