Prosecutors filed multiple drug-related charges against an O’Fallon man who was stopped by Wright City police for suspicious behavior Aug. 17.Dylan Christopher Brookshire, 18, was charged Monday with felony drug possession and two misdemeanors for marijuana possession and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. An arrest warrant was issued and Brookshire’s bond was set at $10,000.According to the probable cause statement, Brookshire was parked outside of a closed business around 11:41 p.m. and began driving once he allegedly observed a nearby police car. A traffic stop was initiated near Hat Trick Lane and the North Service Road. A search revealed marijuana hidden in a compartment inside the vehicle, along with a smoking device containing a substance that tested positive for methamphetamine in the trunk, police reported.Crime
