Drug offenses topped the list of criminal cases issued recently by Warren County authorities.Following is a list of defendants named in felony warrants and details about the alleged offenses:• George Jason Graves, 47, St. Peters, was charged with possession of methamphetamine.His bond was set at $10,000 and posted Aug. 15. His arraignment was held Aug. 17.On Aug. 12, Graves, 47, was stopped by police for failure to obey a stop sign. During the stop, the officer found four clear baggies containing a white powdery substance and a plastic straw with a similar residue inside. The substance field-tested positive for methamphetamine, authorities reported.• Kelley S. McIntyre, 56, of Truesdale, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.Her bond was set Aug. 31 for $10,000.Truesdale police executed a search warrant at a home in the 1000 block of East Highway M. During the search, police found drug paraphernalia including pipes, grinders, needles. Police also found what field-tested positive for heroin.McIntyre spent 30 days in jail earlier this year for third degree assault, according to reports.• Donna Ann Merollis, 53, Warrenton, was charged with felony stealing.Investigators from the Missouri Department of Social Services said Merollis collected $6,672 in food stamps intended to help her and her two minor children. During that time, between June 2014 and December 2015, the children were not living with her, according to the allegations.• Misty Ann Nichols, 26, Wright City, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Her arraignment was scheduled for Sept. 6.An individual told Warrenton police that Nichols had a probation violation warrant against her and told them where they could find her.When police found Nichols she allegedly was in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia, according to authorities.Nichols has been arrested at least 10 times since 2012, police said.• Brittny Prior, 25, Jonesburg, was charged with forgery after allegedly using four counterfeit $50 bills to purchase a firearm. On Aug. 12, the prosecutor’s office issued a warrant and set bond at $10,000.Warrenton police investigated after they received a report from a private citizen. He told police he had posted a handgun for sale on a website for $220. He met Prior at a business in Warrenton to make the sale. Prior paid cash and left with the gun. When the seller tried to deposit the cash, he learned that the bills were fake. Police said three of the fake bills had the same serial number.• Sean M. Quinn, 26, St. Peters, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Quinn posted $10,000 bond and his case is pending.Wright City officers arrested Quinn Aug. 16 at the Super 7 Inn, 13100 Veterans Memorial Parkway. Officers said he was in possession of a substance that field-tested positive for crystal methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.The items were found inside a black backpack that was secured with a Masterlock, officers said. Quinn’s female accomplice told police it belonged to Quinn. Police also found a plastic tool case inside the backpack. They said the tool case had Quinn’s name and initials written on it in black marker. Leading up the arrest, officers had been called to respond to a theft in progress where Quinn was a suspect.• Robert Lee Wallace, 21, Wright City, was charged with possession of heroin and unlawful possession of paraphernalia.Prosecutors issued a warrant for Wallace’s arrest and set his bond at $10,000. A Wright City police officer found Wallace, who appeared to be intoxicated, on the parking lot at a business in the 400 block of North Service Road.The officer learned Wallace had a warrant for his arrest. During a search, the officer found drug paraphernalia and that led the officer to methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, authorities reported.Crime
