An arrest warrant was issued Monday for a California man who was allegedly found with heroin and methamphetamine in a 2022 traffic stop in Warren County.

Steven Parker is charged with seven felony charges, including five counts for drug possession and one count for second-degree trafficking and unlawful use of a weapon. During the traffic stop, a Warren County deputy observed Parker’s eye to be red and glassy and he smelled marijuana emitting from the vehicle, according to a probable cause statement.

In a search of the vehicle, the deputy seized 90.41 grams of meth, 10.5 grams of heroin, 1.9 grams of a mushroom substance, a baggie with suspected LSD strips and 46.7 grams of marijuana. The officer also reported he confiscated a handgun found behind the center console.
