Two drivers were treated by EMS staff after their vehicles collided going opposite directions on the North Outer Road in Warrenton Friday morning.Drivers Michael D. Phillips, of Hermann, and Kathleen E. Blue, of Truxton, both received minor injuries in the crash, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.Phillips, 48, was driving eastbound in a 1989 Dodge Ram Charger approaching Highway 47. The Charger crossed the center line and struck the 2017 Chevy Cruze being driven by Blue, 60, in the opposite direction, according to the Highway Patrol.The Charger traveled off the roadway and was totaled, while the Cruze received extensive damage.After being treated by medical staff at the scene, both drivers reportedly declined to be taken by ambulance to a hospital.Both drivers were wearing seat belts during the crash.Crash
