Westfall, 56, of the 500 block of Highway T, is charged with felony driving while revoked and misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.According to the probable cause statement, Westfall was driving eastbound on I-70 and struck the cable median barrier and continued driving around 12:10 a.m. He stopped at a Warrenton gas station where a Missouri trooper observed Westfall attempting to repair damage to the driver’s side door.Police reported Westfall had two pervious drunk-driving convictions from 1996 and 2009.Crime
