An Arizona man sustained minor injuries Friday morning when the tractor-trailer he was driving overturned on Interstate 70 in western Warren County, according to the Missouri Highway Patrol.Bobby G. Ruis, 57, Tempe, Ariz., was transported to St. Joseph Hospital West, Lake Saint Louis, by Warren County ambulance following the 10:10 a.m. wreck.Ruis was driving west in a 2007 Freightliner when the vehicle travelled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.The truck was carrying cases of Ensure nutritional supplement, a law enforcement official at the scene told The Record.The truck rolled over into the median between the westbound lanes of I-70 and the north service road at the 188 mile marker.
