A Wentzville woman will make her first court appearance next month stemming from a July traffic stop where she was allegedly found with methamphetamine.
Michelle Lynn Masters was charged Sept. 17 with felony drug possession and misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. She will appear in court Oct. 22.
According to the probable cause statement, a traffic stop was initiated in the area of East Service Road North when a vehicle driven by Masters did not display any registration. When the officer confronted Masters, she admitted to the presence of meth inside the vehicle, the officer reported.
