A St. Peters woman is facing a criminal charge stemming from a vehicle crash where a passenger was injured in July.Nicole A. Bruce, 41, was charged last week with second-degree assault from operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road. The accident occurred July 24 on Aspenhof Drive north of Rams Horn Road.Bruce allegedly was intoxicated at the time of the crash, according to a probable cause statement. One of the passengers was transported to the hospital and was treated for a laceration to the back of their head, police reported.DWI
