Haiti is the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere with a severe lack in the basic daily necessities. Dental treatment is inconsistent at best, and some of these desperate Haitians seek help from local voodoo witch doctors. Often they find themselves in a plight worse than before. Because dental care is not routinely offered, these poor Haitian people suffer with toothaches for weeks or months. Then word begins to spread among the people. A dental team from the U.S. has come to bring relief. Dr. Paz and his team are planning their 18th dental mission trip to Haiti. With every trip, God’s hand has been evident. To get involved or find out more visit FeedingHaiti.com and view more about the mission he supports.
