Mr. Donald Ray Hall, of Forsythe, MO., passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Don was born on March 22, 1932 in St. Louis, MO., to Edward and Melvina (nee: Carroll) Hall. He had reached the age of 89 years.
Don served our country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was united in marriage to Marion Isabelle Flotron, after eloping to Picket AR. They were happily married for 70 years. He worked for Exxon Chemical for 30 years. After retiring, he and Marion toured the country for three months in an RV. Don loved to deer hunt, go trout fishing and ride motorcycles. He also enjoyed the time spent at his lake property on Lake Taneycomo. Don was a loving family man and had a great sense of humor.
Donald Ray Hall was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Melvina; one sister, Erlene Ogeson and one brother, Carl Hall. He is lovingly survived by his wife, Marion Hall; four children, Donna Billings, John Hall, Charlie Hall and Connie Hall; 10 grandchildren, Tracy, Chris, Sara, Donald, Mandy, Elyse, Jennifer, Daniel, Matthew, Melissa; 21 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild; one sister, Betty Hazlett and one brother, Jerry Hall; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.
A Memorial Gathering will be held on Wednesday October 20, 2021, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Martin Funeral Home in Warrenton. A Memorial Service will begin at 11:00 AM with full military honors, also at the funeral home.
