A Foristell woman is accused of trying to conceal heroin behind a stamp that was mailed to a Warren County Jail inmate.Authorities reported that a brown powder was located on two stamps on the outside of a suspicious envelope and tested positive for heroin. An arrest warrant was issued for Michaela Hinson, 22, on Tuesday. She is charged with felony drug distribution. A $25,000 bond has been set.Inside the envelope was a letter signed by “Ky,” which was later identified as Hinson, according to the probable cause statement.
