By Chris OrletRecord Managing EditorThey say lightning doesn't strike twice in the same place, but for the second year in a row a Marthasville business has sold a winning lottery ticket around New Years Day.Wendy Baker, public information officer for the Missouri Lottery, confirmed today that S & R Convenience Store, 15397 State Highway 47, in Marthasville sold a Quick Pick ticket for the New Year’s Eve drawing that resulted in a $71,000 prize.The winner of that ticket has yet to come forward.There were two winning tickets for the Dec. 31 drawing. Each got half of the advertised jackpot of $142,000, or $71,000. A second winning ticket was sold to a Missouri state employee who bought her winning Lottery ticket at the Truman State Office Building and has claimed her prize.Last year, Jim Grafrath, a retired AT&T employee won a $2.3 million in the Missouri Lotto after buying a Quick Pick ticket at Infield Sports Bar and Grill on Highway 47 in Marthasville.Deja Vu: Marthasville store sells winning Show Me Cash Jackpot ticket
