Residents should inspect their statements to verify that mailing address, vehicles and real estate descriptions are correct. Personal property tax statements are based on the vehicles or manufactured home each resident owned on Jan. 1, 2019. Vehicles purchased after that time should not be listed on this year’s tax statement.
Anyone who believes there has been an error on their tax bill should call the collector’s office.
Answers to other frequently asked questions are included with tax bills and also available on the collector’s website, WarrenCountyMO.org/County-Collector.
