If you could visit one place in the world where would it be and why? Anywhere in Germany, specifically during the Christmas season because of how beautiful the landscape is and the Christmas Markets there.

Who do you most look up to? I look up to my dad the most. He is the person that has taught me the majority of the things I know.

How do you manage your time while being involved in so many clubs? I manage my time by getting most of my work done in class. Then I bring my homework with me whenever my activities have something after school or during school. I also will do my homework at home and get the work done before I let myself do anything fun.

What do you love about school? I love the different activities there are. This is because most of the activities hold their students to a higher standard. With band we are held to a higher standard, what feels like each year because we want to be better than last year. Which we are able to accomplish because there is no nonsense in band.

What is something you are proud of accomplishing this year? Something that I am proud of accomplishing this year, is at this year’s District Solo and Ensemble Festival I was only supposed to do a solo for that. But someone for one of the Ensembles did not show up and about 3 hours before they were supposed to perform I was asked to step in as the fourth person. I did and had the music for little over an hour and performed with them. As an ensemble we got a Bronze rating, which even though it’s the lowest rating a group can get; I am still proud of this accomplishment because I was able to play with

Which class or activity has inspired you the most, and why? Band has inspired me the most because I have been in it so long, I have seen myself grow so much. With the opportunities I have been able to do with band it has given me the chance to get outside of my comfort zone.

What activities are you the most passionate about? I am most passionate about Band and FFA. Band has been something I have been in since I was in sixth grade and has given me a lot of different opportunities that have given me the chance to grow as a person. Band has also let me find the limits of what I am able to do and figure out how I can overcome those limits. Then FFA is similar to band, with the opportunities that it has to offer, and has let me grow as well. Both activities have given me skills that I will be able to use for the rest of my life.

What is something most people don’t know about you? A lot of people know that I want to go into the military, more specifically the Navy. Though they don’t know the reason why I want to go into the Navy. A good portion of my family has been in the military and having that influence my whole life has inspired me to want to go into the Navy.
