When I was little I did dance with everyone and I grew up with those same girls, which has been great.”Q: What intrigued you to want to play golf?“I didn’t even know about it my sophomore year. Last year it was a whole new learning experience starting from the ground up.”Q: How did you get interested in the medical field?“I’ve always liked science and math, and Mr. (Mike) Uffmann encouraged me to be in those  (Project Lead the Way) courses throughout high school. I really like helping people and the one on one connection you can make.”Q: Who has had the greatest influence on your life?“Definitely my mom. She’s always been there for me and has been my best friend. She attends all my golf and NHS stuff. Anything I need, she’s been there for me.”Q: Who is a teacher who’s made an impact on you?“Miss Coper has definitely brought me out of my shell. She’s a freshman English teacher. I knew her from Link crew and had her for advisory. Everybody thinks you’re smart, and that’s something I wanted to be looked at as.”Q: What do you enjoy about raising livestock?“I really love the bond I get to make with my animals, because it’s a huge responsibility.
