Warrenton infielder Kiera Daniel earned first team all-state. Daniel, who is a senior, received the honor for the second year in a row. She ended her high school senior season with 45 hits, 45 runs, 45 stolen bases and a .577 batting average. Daniel has committed to continue her softball career at Jefferson College.
In addition to state honors, Daniel was named to the Gateway Athletic Conference North first team, and was named Conference Player of the Year. The senior was also named to the all-district first team, all-region first team and all-conference academic team.
