A man and woman from Colorado are facing multiple criminal charges stemming from an incident that occurred early Monday morning at the Flying J gas station.Police reported that three people were traveling together from Colorado to North Carolina when they stopped in Warren County. A fight between two males was reported in the parking lot around 2 a.m.William R. Welch, 47, was charged with second-degree assault and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was accused of brandishing a knife during the fight. A woman that was traveling with the men, Victoria Ryazanova, 26, was charged with possession of drugs and paraphernalia.Criminal charges filed
