Crider Health Center and Pathways Community Health have a new, unified name: Compass Health Network.The nonprofit agency operates a clinic in Warrenton, 19515 Brune Parkway, that provides family health, dental health, and behavioral health care, along with substance use disorder treatment.It also has a facility in Wentzville, 1032 Crosswinds Court, that provides the same services, as well as having an Express Care health clinic. The organization’s Troy location, No. 5 Dandelion Drive, focuses on behavioral health care.All three facilities previously used the Crider Health Center brand.Crider Health Center and Pathways Community Health merged in 2014 and have built a unified health care network across 45 counties in Missouri. The name change reflects this unification and supports the organization’s mission to “Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness.”The word compass expresses the commitment to helping everyone find their path to affordable and sustainable expert health care. Health reflects the agency’s comprehensive and holistic focus on treating the whole person.
