Cotton Road in Foristell is open again after repairs along the section that serves as the main access route for Wright City East Elementary.Foristell Police Chief Doug Johnson said Wright City R-II School District and its school bus service have been notified that the road is again available for use.Cotton Road was closed two weeks ago after a section of the southbound lane collapsed while new concrete was being poured in the northbound lane.Water from recent rains was blamed for soil erosion beneath the road, worsening damage that had been planned for repair.Road work signbelterz
