Chefs Lee Gustin of Blue Anchor Coffee and Bistro and Maria Beyer of Papu's Cuban Cafe host a cooking demonstration for over 30 guests at Blue Anchor in downtown Warrenton Saturday, Jan. 25. The class was the first in a new, ongoing series of classes hosted by one or both chefs. The up-close food experience with the chefs is meant to highlight the quality of food available from local restaurants. Joining them to speak to the group was Joy McBride, co-owner of Maw Maw's Cupboard in downtown Warrenton.
