A Missouri trooper last Wednesday, April 15, arrested a Columbia man who allegedly had multiple small bags containing marijuana in his vehicle.Luke Matthew Lieb, 21, was charged with felony possession with the intent to distribute and two misdemeanors for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and speeding. His bond was set at $25,000.According to the probable cause statement, Lieb was driving 81 mph on eastbound Interstate 70 in Warren County when he was pulled over for speeding. When the trooper made contact, he allegedly detected a slight odor of pot. During a search of the vehicle, police seized six plastic bags containing equal amounts of marijuana that were hidden in a backpack, they said. A seventh bag and a glass pipe were also found in the car.Columbia man arrested for possession of pot
