Veterans Memorial Parkway in Wright City.Then, at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 17, at Diekroeger Park the city parks department, along with the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts, will hold an official flag retirement ceremony.It is customary in the United States that worn flags, having served the country, are retired in a dignified way.
