Cedar Lake Cellars, a year-round winery and event venue, recently added mixed drinks to its menu plus a Bloody Mary bar at its Sunday brunch. The winery currently sells craft and domestic beer, as well as 16 Cedar Lake Cellars California or Paso Robles wines, 3 Swans handcrafted wines from the West Coast, 25 wines of the world, and signature wine slushies. The new mixed drink menu features a wide assortment of liquors and mixes to choose from. The Bloody Mary bar includes seven different hot sauces, shrimp, bacon, asparagus, green olives, cherry tomatoes, celery, lemons, limes, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce. Brunch is now being served in The Barrel Room, the winery’s newest premium event and dining space that accommodates more than 300 people. “We wanted to offer our guests a wide array of drink options when they visit,” said Cedar Lake Cellars’ owner Carl Bolm. “Since we opened in 2010, it has always been our mission to provide the perfect customer experience, and we believe this is yet another opportunity to cater to our customers’ needs.” The winery is open year-round Fri. through Sun. from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. for those 21 and older with live music scheduled throughout the weekend.
