Burglary and domestic assault have been added to a list of other minor violent offenses a Warren County man faces in court.Authorities say Davon C. Jackson, 21, of Truesdale, broke into a house on Juni Way in Truesdale and used a gun to threaten three people inside. The alleged break-in reportedly occurred just after midnight Dec. 11, 2016. At the time, Jackson was arrested and charged with violating a protection order. The victims told a Warren County sheriff’s deputy that Jackson allegedly threatened to kill everyone if he did not get to see his children. One of the victims was under a protection order against Jackson put in place two weeks prior, which prohibits Jackson from entering the home on Juni Way, according to an arrest report. Jackson also has a pending second-degree burglary charge and two third-degree assault charges from September 2015 related to the same victim. He now faces additional charges for first-degree burglary, a felony, third-degree domestic assault and violation of a protection order, both misdemeanors.Jackson also has a third pending domestic assault case from a December 2015 incident and was on probation after pleading guilty in January 2016 in relation to a fourth domestic assault case.Because he has only been convicted of one domestic assault, each of the other third-degree domestic assault accusations are charged as a first or second offense, which is a misdemeanor.Jackson is being held at the Warren County Jail on multiple $25,000 bonds. He had an arraignment scheduled for April 25.Davon Jackson
