Warrenton High School student Meghan Brown was selected to the Missouri All-State Band.More than 1,400 students from across Missouri met at Hickman High School in Columbia to audition. Just 109 students were accepted. The band will meet, rehearse and perform Jan. 24-27 at Tan-Tar-A Resort at the Lake of the Ozarks.The conductor and clinician for the 2017-2018 Missouri All-State Band is Col. Thomas H. Palmatier, who spent 37 years as a musician in the U.S. Armed Forces and led the United States Army Band “Pershing’s Own.”The Missouri All-State Band including Meghan Brown is expected to perform five songs starting at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 27 in the Grand Salon at Tan-Tar-A.Warren County R-III School District
