Reverend Bennie Joe Blunt, of Warrenton, went to his heavenly home on Tuesday, May 12. He was born on December 24, 1944 in Harviell, the late Benjamin and Lena (nee: Carson) Blunt.
Reverend Bennie Blunt was preceded in death by his parents, one grandson and six siblings. Those family members who will remain forever grateful for having shared in Bennie's life are his loving wife, Patricia Blunt; his children, Melanie Kirchner, Bryan Blunt; grandchildren, Courtney Atkins and Meghan Kirchner; other relatives and many close family friends.
A Visitation for Reverend Bennie Blunt will be held on Thursday, May 21, at LightHouse Church in O'Fallon from 3 P.M. - 7 P.M. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 22, also at LightHouse Church beginning at 9:30 A.M. with a burial to follow at Lippstadt Cemetery in Warrenton. In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested to be given to Blunt Memorial Conference Center in Tonga. Project # GMMFB.5035.2110.
