Warrenton teacher and golf coach Rich Barton was recognized for his service to the school's athletic programs by the St. Louis Metro Football Coaches Association during a ceremony on Monday. Barton, pictured at right, receives the award from Warrenton Football Coach Steve McDowell, who made the nomination. Barton has been the longtime announcer for Warrenton home football games and other sporting events.
